Introduction
Chalet Isabel offers an ideal location to explore and enjoy the Haslital, Jungfrau and Obwalden areas. One half of a traditional Swiss farm house, it has bedrooms for four adults and two children, has a large living/dining room, television room and extensively fitted kitchen and bathroom with a bathtub and separate shower.
Location
The chalet is situated on a south facing slope overlooking Innertkirchen village and sits above the crossroads to the Grimsel and Susten mountain passes. In Innertkirchen (10 minute walk) there is a Volg supermarket, various cafes, bank and tourist office. The larger town of Meiringen is a 10 minute drive away, with supermarkets, shops and other amenities.
Route
Two hours drive from Basel, via the Brunig pass (Luzern) or via Bern.

Two large bedrooms with double beds and one childrens bedroom with a double bunk bed. Living/dining room, Game room, Kitchen, Bathroom with shower and bath, Wifi, Television, outside terrace, Central Heating. Desk with office chair for use with a laptop.
Miscellaneous
Non-smoking, parking space at 75 metre distance for one normal car (there is no parking available near the house itself). Pets are allowed.
History
The chalet was built in 1884 as a traditional farmhouse and preserves many of the original details (like the wooden frames) in the interior. In the second half of the 20th century it was extended with an extra wing and garden house.
